We answer that question affirmatively in holding that defendant was properly convicted of three crimes after trial by jury: (1) the armed robbery of a restaurant; (2) the attempted murder of the restaurant owner, whom defendant's accomplice shot at during their escape; (3) the attempted murder of a policeman, whom defendant shot at during their escape.
